Q: Which room do I need to go to for the conference?
A: The conference will be held in the Euro room and the registration/coffee area is in the Foyer.
Q: What are the details for the post-conference workshops?
A: The morning workshop will start at 9.00 and finish at 12.00. The afternoon workshop will start at 13.00 and finish at 16.00.
Q: Which room do I need to go to for the workshops?
A: The workshops will take place in the Dollar room.
Q: Where can I find a map and hotel details?
A: You will see the hotel address and a map at the top of this page. Public transport details are also available here. Should you require any further help, feel free to contact Melcrum directly.
Q: Are there special room rates at the hotel for delegates?
A: Conference fees do not include hotel accommodation and the deadline for the preferential rates that had been arranged has now passed. However if you call the hotel and quote the reference 'RTFRTFA', they will give you the best available rate. Please call the reservations team directly on +32 2 516 92 00 to make your reservation. Alternatively, you can make your booking online by visiting the hotel website.
Q: What happens if I haven't paid before the event date?
A: You will be required to make payment before the event. If you have paid a few days before, please bring a copy of proof of payment to ensure you are permitted entry. Those who have not paid will not be allowed access to the conference.
Q: I have special eating requirements, who should I inform?
A: Please email Heena Sohelia as soon as possible with any dietary requirements. We will do our best to ensure special arrangements will be made for you.
Q: What happens if I can't make it at the last minute?
A: You may substitue delegates at any time, please inform us of the names of those not attending and the person who will be attending in their place.See below for full terms and conditions.
Q: Will I receive confirmation in the post?
A: Your invoice for the event will be sent in the post however confirmation of attendance will be sent via email.
Q: When will I receive my delegate pack?
A: Your delegate pack will be handed to you upon registration at the event.
Q: What do I need to bring with me?
A: Melcrum will provide you with the correct writing materials as well as a delegate pack. All venues that Melcrum uses have air conditioning in the rooms. If you are sensitive to air conditioning please bring appropriate clothing.
Q: A speaker's presentation is different to the one in my delegate pack, will I get an update?
A: All authorised presentations will be made available online after the event. The details of this will be emailed to you within 7 working days after the event.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: Business casual.
Terms and Conditions
Any delegate who has not paid their registration fee in full will be refused entry to the conference. Once a booking has been made it will be subject to the following terms:
- Cancellations received at least 30 days prior to the event will have their registration fee refunded in full, less an administration fee of €100 + VAT.
- Cancellations received on or after 30 days prior to the event will not have their registration fee refunded, but substitute delegates will be accepted.
These terms and conditions are effective for ALL registrations, even if payment is not received at the time of booking, and also include any delegate that is a 'No Show' on the day.
Melcrum will not accept liability for any transport disruptions, individual travel delays or other changes in circumstance. In any of these instances, normal cancellation restrictions will apply.
Fees
The fee for this event covers all written materials, lunch and refreshments. A confirmation letter will be sent to you acknowledging your registration. Please contact us if you do not receive this within seven days of booking. This registration form constitutes a legally binding contract. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of Melcrum Publishing to change the content and timing of the program, the speakers, the date or the venue. In the unlikely event of the program being cancelled, Melcrum will automatically make a full refund but disclaim any further liability.
