The Melcrum Podcast 07 May 2008: Shownotes In this edition, we take a look at innovative versus traditional communication methods. Some, like Charlie Bordblom, (pictured, right) vice president strategic internal communications at Volvo, say we need to go back to basics – personal interaction between managers and employees, but in a creative way, like brown bad lunches. Melcrum's assistant editor Sona Hathi talks to Kasia Marianuk who describes the pros and cons of this Japanese take on PowerPoint, and how it would work for organizationwide communication.
