You'll return to the office with real solutions that you can implement immediately. Places at workshops are strictly limited to ensure you receive one-on-one attention from the workshop leader and have plenty of time to have your specific questions answered.

Morning Workshop A

The Future for Internal Comms: A future forward exercise

In this workshop, participants will conduct a group 'audit' of current state in IC, using insight from their own experiences, before shifting to consider the future state we'd like to see for our function...Download the brochure to view full session information.

Afternoon Workshop B

13.00 - 16.00

Communicating with employees - how does it drive business performance?

Research shows that there is a strong link between good communication, having a great workplace and successful business outcomes. Author and consultant Linda Holbeche has been researching issues relating to the employee experience of the changing workplace for the last twenty years. Her research suggests that making the linkage work  requires specific forms of communication, as well as action, by the key parties in the employment relationship - especially line managers, executives and HR- as well as employees themselves. In particular Linda will highlight how a shared sense of purpose can lead to engagement, behaviour change and enhanced business performance.

In this thought-provoking workshop, Linda will present case studies and other data illustrating how organisations can produce greater engagement and improved performance even in today's challenging times. Linda's session will include interactive sessions designed to help participants identify how their practices might benefit from different approaches.
