Bill Quirke

Bill Quirke,
Managing Director, Synopsis Communication Consulting

Bill is one of the leading authorities on internal communication and the management of change.

He is Managing Director of Synopsis, a specialist internal communication consultancy whose international blue chip clients include such companies as AstraZeneca, British Airways, BBC, BP, Hewlett Packard, HSBC, ING, Diageo, Roche, Pfizer, Rolls-Royce, Shell, UBS Group, Unilever, Visa, Vodafone and Whitbread.

Prior to founding Synopsis, Bill was a Director of Burson-Marsteller, one of the world's largest corporate communication consultancies, where he worked on global client projects and established and led the European change communication practice.

He is a regular speaker internationally, and is one of the IABC's six "All Star Speakers." He is also the author of numerous works on communication and change, including two books, "Making the Connections - Using internal communication to turn strategy into action" (Gower 2008) and "Communicating Corporate Change," (McGraw Hill 1996).

Educated at Oxford University, Bill holds a First Class BA Honours degree in English and an M. Phil in English studies.
