Q: What are the starting and finishing times of the conference?
A: The first day will start at 8.45 and finish at 17.15, followed by networking drinks. The second day sessions will start at 9.00 and finish at 17.00. Those times are subject to change.

Q: What are the details for the pre-conference workshops?
A: The Morning workshop, 'The 12 conditions that matter - what leaders need to know' with Melissa Dunn will start at 9.00 and finish at 12.30. The afternoon workshop, 'Leading engagement: how to get buy-in from business leaders to drive engagement', will start at 13.30 and finish at 17.00. Lunch, morning and afternoon tea will be provided.

A: You will see the hotel address and a map attached on this page. Should you require any further help, feel free to contact Melcrum directly.

Q: Is parking available at the hotel?
Parking is available at the Amora, however space is limited and may not be booked in advance.

Prices are for a maximum of 24 hours and multiple exits and entries are allowed.
If you were looking to take public transport the Amora Hotel is located next to Wynard train and bus terminus and a short walk from Circular Quay.

Q: I'm attending the Social Media Workshop on 18 September, where do I need to go?
The Social Media Workshop will be held at UNSW's CBD Campus, located at Level 6, 1 O'Connell St, Sydney, the venue is a short walk from the Amora Hotel. All attendees of the Social Media workshop will be sent further details directly.

Q: Are there special room rates at the hotel for delegates?
A: Please contact the venue directly, quoting reference MELCRUM or book online at http://www.amorahotels.com.au/jamison/Conf/melcrum.html and they will ensure you are issued the preferential rate for the delegates. However this rate's availability is limited, so book early to secure your room.

Q: What happens if I haven't paid before the event date?
A: You will be required to make payment before the event. If you have paid a few days before, please bring a copy of proof of payment to ensure you are permitted entry. Those who have not paid will be asked for a credit card guarantee before entry is permitted.

Q: I have special dietary requirements, who should I inform?
A: Please email Jessica at jessica.heffernan@melcrum.com prior to Friday 12 September. Special arrangements will be made for you once we are informed.

Q: What happens if I can't make it at the last minute?
A: You may substitute delegates at any time. For cancellations received in writing more than thirty (30) working days prior to the event, delegates will receive a credit redeemable against a future Melcrum event. For cancellations received less than thirty (30) days prior to event, no credits will be issued.

Q: Can a colleague attend in my place?
A: Yes this is fine; please inform us of the names of those not attending and the person who will be attending in their place.

Q: When will I receive my delegate pack?
A: Your delegate pack will be handed to you upon registration at the event.

Q: I can't attend both days, is it possible to come for one?
A: Yes, please contact Melcrum to inform us of this and we will charge you for the one-day only.

Q: What do I need to bring with me?
A: Melcrum will provide you with the correct writing materials as well as a delegate pack. All venues that Melcrum uses have air conditioning in the rooms. If you are sensitive to air conditioning please bring the appropriate clothing.

Q: A speaker's presentation is different to the one in my delegate pack will I get an update?
A: All authorised presentations are placed on a post event website. The details of this will be emailed to you within 7 working days after the event.

Q: What is the dress code?
A: Business casual.
