Alex joined GlaxoSmithKline Australia in September 2002, as Healthcare Environment Director, where he managed a team with responsibility for GSK's interaction with Government on regulatory, pricing, product approvals and policy matters. In 2005 Alex was appointed Government and Corporate Affairs Director, GSKA.

Louise's career in government communications began in 1995 as a media officer for the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (DNRE). She went on to be media and communications manager for Forestry Victoria during the Our Forests Our Future campaign and she has also managed her own PR company. Immediately prior to joining the Department of Justice, Louise was communications manager at the Department of Sustainability and Environment during the change over which saw DNRE become the Department of Primary Industries and the Department of Sustainability and Environment.
