Q: What are the starting and finishing times of the conference?
A: The first day will start at 9.00 and finish at 17.15, followed by networking drinks. The second day will start with a breakfast briefing at 8.15 and finish at 17.05. All times are subject to change.
Q: Which room do I need to go to for the conference?
A: The conference will be held in Tower 1 & 2 and the exhibition areas is in the Tower foyer. There is separate entrance, exclusively for Melcrum delegates, located on the ground level next to the outside entrance of Brassiere restaurant.
Q: What are the details for the pre-conference workshops?
A: The morning workshop will start at 9.00 and finish at 12.00. The afternoon workshop will start at 13.00 and finish at 16.00.
Q: Which room do I need to go to for the workshops?
A: The workshops will take place in the Discovery suite on the 12th floor of the hotel. The entrance will be from the hotel lobby and the guest lifts to the 12th floor.
Q: Where can I find a map and hotel details?
A: You will see the hotel address and a map attached on this page. Should you require any further help, feel free to contact Melcrum directly.
Q: Are there special room rates at the hotel for delegates?
A: Please contact the venue directly to book accommodation. The preferential rate has expired, so they will offer you the best possible rate at that time.

Q: What happens if I haven't paid before the event date?
A: You will be required to make payment before the event. If you have paid a few days before, please bring a copy of proof of payment to ensure you are permitted entry. Those who have not paid will not be allowed access to the conference.
Q: I have special eating requirements, who should I inform?
A: Please email Alex Garforth as soon as possible with any dietary requirements. We will do our best to ensure special arrangements will be made for you.
Q: What happens if I can't make it at the last minute?
A: You may substitute delegates at any time. For cancellations received in writing more than thirty (30) working days prior to the event, delegates will receive a credit redeemable against a future Melcrum event. For cancellations received less than thirty (30) days prior to event, no credits will be issued.
Q: Can a colleague attend in my place?
A: Yes this is fine; please inform us of the names of those not attending and the person who will be attending in their place.
Q: Will I receive confirmation in the post?
A: Your invoice for the event will be sent in the post however confirmation of attendance will be sent via email.
Q: When will I receive my delegate pack?
A: Your delegate pack will be handed to you upon registration at the event.
Q: What do I need to bring with me?
A: Melcrum will provide you with the correct writing materials as well as a delegate pack. All venues that Melcrum uses have air conditioning in the rooms. If you are sensitive to air conditioning please bring the appropriate clothing.
Q: A speaker's presentation is different to the one in my delegate pack, will I get an update?
A: All authorised presentations will be made available online after the event. The details of this will be emailed to you within 7 working days after the event.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: Business casual.
Q: What is my Melcrum Money voucher and how do I use it?
A: All delegates have been sent a £100 Melcrum Money voucher that can be redeemed against any report, conference or training purchase made at the conference. To claim the discount, simply print off your voucher and take it with you to the Melcrum stand when you place your order.

Terms & Conditions
Any delegate who has not paid their registration fee in full will be refused entry to the conference. Once a booking has been made it will be subject to the following terms:
- Cancellations received at least 30 days prior to the event will have their registration fee refunded in full, less an administration fee of £100 + VAT.
- Cancellations received on or after 30 days prior to the event will not have their registration fee refunded, but substitute delegates will be accepted.
These terms and conditions are effective for ALL registrations, even if payment is not received at the time of booking, and also include any delegate that is a 'No Show' on the day.
Melcrum will not accept liability for any transport disruptions, individual travel delays or other changes in circumstance. In any of these instances, normal cancellation restrictions will apply.
