For communicators already doing a lot of measurements, this seminar will help them better organize what they're currently measuring and increase the value of their measurement tools by asking higher-value questions. This session will also help measurement newcomers determine how to get started.

  • Develop a measurement plan for either a campaign, an information vehicle or an entire communication department.

  • Select the right measures for communication outputs, audience perceptions, audience behaviors and organizational outcomes.

  • Determine the right timing for different measurements.

  • Present your measurement results on a regular basis to senior leaders.
