About the trainer

WMW Neil Martin has been training business writers for ten years, as near as Milton Keyes and as far as Mumbai. He’s helped to create the tone of voice for companies like Sainsbury’s and British Airways, as well as writing internal communications for O2 and M&S. He’s happy to talk at length about words. Just don’t mention bikes (the cycling kind) or you’ll never get away.
