About the trainer
Victoria is one of the founders of Melcrum and is now its CEO. Since starting the company in 1996 with the title Strategic Communication Management, her mission to produce great research and training that helps communicators add more value to their organisations hasn’t changed.
As well as helping to develop The Internal Communication Black Belt Program internationally, she’s also been on the team designing Melcrum’s Framework for an Effective Communication Function - an approach quickly being adopted by many global organisations.
She leads Melcrum’s Strategic Communication Research Forum, a membership group of senior internal communicators from leading global organisations and regularly speaks to communication teams about the importance of effective communication. Recent clients include: Vodafone, LloydsTSB, RSA, Orange, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Ericsson, Sky, HMRC, RBS, Shell, BP and Unilever.
