A: The Melcrum Head Office is located in South West London, between Hammersmith and Chiswick. You will see the venue address, directional information and a map on the right of this page. Should you require any further help, feel free to contact Melcrum directly.

Q: Where can I park if I drive?
A: Unfortunately there is no onsite car parking, however there is a car park in the Kings Mall Shopping Centre in Hammersmith - just a 10 minute walk away. This is outside of the congestion area.

Q: How can I get there by tube?
A: The Melcrum Head Office is on the district line. The two nearest stations are Ravenscourt Park and Stamford Brook.

Q: When I arrive, how do I get into the office?
A: The Melcrum Head Office has a gated entrance. Please buzz at the gate and walk through to the building entrance. You will then need to ring the door buzzer to gain entry.

Q: What time does the training courses begin?
A: Registration for this event begins at 08:30 for a 09:00 start.

Q: Can you recommend any hotels around the traning venue?

Q: What happens if I haven’t paid before the event date?
A: You will be required to make payment before the course. If you have paid a few days before, please bring a copy of proof of payment to ensure you are permitted entry. Anyone who hasn’t paid will be refused entry.

Q: What happens if I can’t make it at the last minute?
A: You may substitute attendees at any time. For cancellations received in writing more than thirty (30) days prior to the course, you’ll receive a credit redeemable against a future Melcrum event. For cancellations received less than thirty (30) days prior to the course, no credits will be issued.

Q: Can a colleague attend in my place?
A: Yes, that’s fine - please let us know the name of the person not attending and the person who will be replacing them.

Q: Will I receive confirmation in the post?
A: Your receipt and confirmation of attendance for the event will be sent by e-mail.

Q: When will I receive my course materials?
A: You will be supplied with your badge, course pack and any other materials you need at the start of the course.

Q: What is the dress code?
A: Business casual.
