Adrian CropleyFormerly the Head of Employee Communications for Ericsson in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands; Adrian is a change communication expert and internal communication strategist running his own consultancy.

He has over 18 years experience in the communications field in both the private and public sectors. Some of his clients include Ernst & Young, Shell, NAB, National Foods, Kraft, Bunning's & Telstra.

He's also an advisor and executive/life coach to a number of professionals and guest lectures at RMIT on communication and leadership. He's a sought after facilitator, speaker and thought leader and has spoken right across the globe, including: China, UK, USA, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia & India. He is widely published within the profession and has won a number of awards including a Gold Quill for his CEO communication strategy.

Adrian is the current president of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) in Victoria.
