Adrian Cropley

Sue DewhurstFormerly the Head of Employee Communications for Ericsson in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands; Adrian has 18 years experience in communication and now runs his own internal communications and change management consultancy. His clients include Ernst & Young, Shell, NAB, National Foods, Kraft, Bunning’s, Evolve, Gordon McKay, e-first and various government departments. He’s also an advisor and business/life coach to a number of professionals and lectures at RMIT on communication and leadership. He’s a sought after facilitator and speaker and has spoken right across the globe, including: New Zealand, Singapore, India, China, Malaysia, UK and USA.

 

 

Melissa Dark

Liam FitzPatrickMelissa Dark has 16 years experience in organisational communication, ranging from public relations and media relations through to change management and organisation development.

She founded Melissa Dark and Associates in 2005, a consultancy specialising in employee communication. Melissa has presented and chaired at a variety of conferences and industry events both in Australia and overseas. Her work has been published in business and academic publications and her work has been recognised by both the PRIA and International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).

With a BA in Management Communication and a Masters in Communication, Melissa is a capable and experienced communication leader. She is also the Immediate Past President of IABC’s Victoria Chapter and takes an active role in developing and mentoring new practitioners.
