With 31,000 employees in 22 countries, telecoms provider TeliaSonera has had to tackle the common problem of information overload to make sure the most important messages are getting through. To deal with the problem, a structure has been put in place to streamline the flow of information. In this session, learn how the company:

  • Developed a new intranet to house all information and make it easily accessible to employees
  • Introduced Sharepoint to create better opportunities for employee interaction
  • Created an open dialogue between the CEO and employees by introducing a Q&A forum on the intranet
