The Accredited Internal Communicator (AIC) Programme
The AIC Programme supports the advancement of the internal communication function by demonstrating the strategic skills of communicators.
As an AIC candidate, you'll be asked to prove that you can not only produce and deliver world-class internal communication, but also put your knowledge to effective use in the workplace to achieve business objectives and add value to your organisation.
Over the course of 12 months, you'll be asked to demonstrate that you:
- Have learned to master the key concepts from Black Belt 1 and are applying them in your day-to-day work.
- Are able to develop an effective communication plan.
- Receive recognition from your internal customers of the value you add to your organisation.
If successful, you'll benefit from increased credibility, enhanced skill levels, an accelerated career curve, and a clear distinction between yourself and other communicators.
Successful candidates walk away with:
- A Fail / Pass / Distinction result.
- A certificate (in hard copy and PDF) detailing the skills that were assessed.
- Detailed, quality feedback on their submission, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
- The increased credibility of using "AIC" as a professional qualification.
- A network of equally high calibre, accredited peers to draw on for ongoing professional support, insight and feedback.
- Increased employability that comes with an industry-recognised qualification.
- Recognition for your achievement and professional ability from other business stakeholders and departments.
