Office Administrator (£16,000 - £20,000 p.a.)
Melcrum Publishing Ltd is an international publishing and training company, with offices in London, Chicago and Sydney.
We are looking for a well-organised, enthusiastic and committed team player to take on this varied role. You will have great customer care skills and be able to work on your own initiative. You will be conscientious, reliable, and have good attention to detail. You will report to the Customer Service Manager on a daily basis.
Responsibilities include:
Office Administration
- Meet and greet visitors
- Answer phones
- Post – opening and distribution, dispatch
- Maintaining adequate levels of office supplies
- General office admin duties
Customer Service
- Reports team CS duties including the processing of orders and payments
- Issuing invoices, responding to all customer enquiries within 24 hours and
- Dispatch of reports by post/courier
- Assist with chase payments for reports
- Banking of cheque payments
Accounts
- Enter supplier invoices in Sage
- Produce weekly aged creditor list
- Send payments to suppliers
