So what does great internal communication look like?
Melcrum understands that good communication leads directly to better business results. Our research sets out to prove the link between communication and the bottom line. Whether that’s through improving the communication skills of leaders and managers; getting the most from new technologies; engaging employees through strategy communication; getting change communication right, or proving the value of what you do through effective research and measurement.
Why is Melcrum different from the rest?
Because we listen and respond. Customers tell us what their challenges are and trust us to find the answers. We partner with customers to develop new products and improve existing ones. Our researchers and editors spend their time meeting and talking to practitioners to find out where the best work gets done. We then make these tools, techniques, and case studies available to you through our publications, research, events and web sites.
Why Melcrum?
