Be the best: communication traits of the top companies
|
 |
Ever wondered how the companies that appear on the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For list get there?
Ever wondered how they get their communication with their employees so right and keep engagement levels so high?
The keynote speaker at our Strategic Communication Management Summit in London next week will hopefully have many of the answers.
Wayne Clarke, managing partner at Best Companies LLP, in an exclusive interview with Melcrum, shares his thoughts on what a well-engaged organization looks like.
"For the last ten years we've looked at research from thousands of organizations and there's no way that they can increase their employee engagement levels without having effective internal communication people in place doing something pretty magical.
"[In the presentation] we'll look at what seems to be consistent in high performing organizations. It has a lot to do with dialogue and the way companies like KPMG [who have topped the list] communicate internally."
Watch this video to find out what else Clarke will be covering in his keynote presentation.
Until next time,

P.S. The pre-Summit workshops for Melcrum's SCM London Summit have now sold out, but there are still places available for the two main days - book online today to receive the best possible price.
