December 1st, 2009 By Kelly Dyer, Editor
kelly.dyer@melcrum.com

Many companies are dreaming of having high employee-engagement levels, especially after the rocky road that many have traveled over the past 18 months.

Neil Jenkins, Coca-Cola Enterprises' European communications manager, is currently aiming to attain world-class engagement scores across the business.

He's working closely with senior leaders to help achieve this, as well as improving messaging around the business strategy and using more social media tools. You can read more about this on the Internal Comms Hub.

Also, on the Hub take a look at this three-step strategy to improving employee morale and find out how Virgin Media increased engagement by using Twitter.

Until next time,

Kelly Dyer

P.S. Melcrum's Social Media Conference is taking place in London on 9th and 10th February 2010 and is the must-attend event of the year to further your knowledge of this exciting area.
