13 key questions a leader needs to answer credibly My firm, dg&a, recently conducted a poll that showed 76% of communicators surveyed need more information on employee engagement to support their leadership and 70% want help with leadership communication. These are significant statistics. As human resource and communication professionals, you are a strategic partner in shaping the messages and developing the platforms of your organization’s senior leaders. Research has shown, trust in leadership is a key driver of engagement and so I wanted to share with you my 13 key questions a leader needs to answer credibly. Inspiring employees and engaging them is about meeting their communication needs.
